Why are they doing Network marketing?
Your Why has to make you Cry!
Why will you stick with this business when things aren't going great.
On & on it can go. The mistake most people make is having the belief that they are responsible for motivating their teammates and customers. That they are responsible for helping their teammates and customers find their vision.
The real truth is that you can't motivate anyone.
Every person already has their motivations and visions.
Our job as a leader is to help our teammates and customers find their motivations and visions that are already there!
